  • 2 bell peppers (of your choosing)
  • Olive oil
  • Minced onion (optional)

How To Sauté Bell Peppers – Step by Step

Level 1:

  1. Clean bell peppers and dry.
  2. Heat olive oil over high heat while you slice the bell peppers. Slice bell pepper into strips, removing all of the seeds and ribs.
  3. Add into pan and spread out evenly. Turn heat down to medium-high and cook until tender and vibrant in color, stirring occasionally
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste

Ways to Make Bell Peppers Taste Better

Level 2:

To make bell peppers taste better, chop up half of a red or white onion and begin cooking with bell peppers.

Level 3:

After bell peppers and onion are done cooking, add in fresh or dry herbs such as parsley, basil or thyme, toss to coat.
